(:( im happy and sad at the sad time! happy tat i trained hard today! and sad because my breathing gt a little prob... when i breathe in hard, my lungs like will itchy liddat, den will wan to cough... cough like nt normal one... ppl cough will quite loud but my cough sumthings like lou fong liddat... i tink is because of the psi lor... come back again liao ): realli scared got lung prob lor ):
